# Frequently asked questions

> Answers to the most common questions merchants ask when setting up and running their Stores and Campaigns in LBS.

Here are the questions merchants ask most often when using LBS, grouped by topic.

## Stores

  <Accordion title="How many Stores can I create?">
    You can create as many [Stores](/glossary#stores) as you like. Add every location you operate so your [Campaigns](/glossary#campaign) cover them all.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does each Store need its own SIRET number?">
    Yes. Each [Store](/glossary#stores) must have its own SIRET number (the 14-digit number that identifies a single establishment of your company).

    If one of your Stores does not have its own SIRET but has its own payment terminal, you can instead add an extra merchant contract number to the Store that shares the same SIRET.

  <Accordion title="Can I add a photo or logo for each Store?">
    Not for now. You can't add media per [Store](/glossary#stores). The logo and photos shown are the ones you choose for your [Campaign](/glossary#campaign) and your [Brand](/glossary#brand).

## Campaigns

  <Accordion title="Can I run a Campaign on a specific group of Stores?">
    `Active` [Campaigns](/glossary#campaign) apply to all [Stores](/glossary#stores) listed in the tab. To exclude a Store from your Campaigns, edit or remove it.

    For now, it isn't possible to create multiple Campaigns that each target a specific Store.

  <Accordion title="How do I stop an LBS Campaign?">
    To stop a [Campaign](/glossary#campaign), we ask merchants to allow a 14-day notice period.

    Simply set an end date 14 days out (D+14) and click **Save**.

## Account

  <Accordion title="What do I need to create my LBS account?">
    Before you start, have ready your **SIREN** number (the 9-digit number identifying your company), an **IBAN** for direct debit, and a **card receipt** from each of your [Stores](/glossary#stores).
