A Campaign is how you reward your customers. You set a Reward rate, a budget, and a goal, and every qualifying purchase made by a Consumer in your Stores earns them automatic Cashback, with no code and no voucher. Each Campaign serves one goal:
  • Loyalty: reward your regulars to keep them coming back.
  • Acquisition: attract new customers to your Stores.
  • Basket growth: encourage customers to spend more per visit.
You can run up to 3 Campaigns at once, but only one Campaign per goal. The creation wizard offers you the goals you have not used yet.

Create a Campaign

From the Campaigns tab, add a new Campaign and follow the wizard.
1

Pick a goal

Choose loyalty, acquisition, or basket growth. The wizard only offers goals you don’t already have a Campaign for.
2

Set the dates

Enter a Start date. The End date is optional: leave it empty to run the Campaign with no fixed end.
3

Set the Reward rate (CPA)

Drag the slider to set the Reward rate (Cost Per Acquisition, CPA) granted on each customer transaction. This amount covers the share paid to your customer plus operating fees agreed in advance with your bank (bank fees may vary).
4

Set a budget

Enter, in euros, the budget you want to allocate to this Campaign. This field is required.
5

Set the maximum eligible transaction amount

Enter the highest purchase amount you’re willing to reward. For example, entering “150” caps eligibility at 150 euros: a purchase above that triggers no Reward.
6

Set a minimum for basket growth (if applicable)

To grow your average basket, enter the minimum transaction amount you’ll reward, for instance your current average basket. Only customers who spend more than that are rewarded, which nudges your best customers to spend more. This field is required only if you picked the basket growth goal.
7

Choose a visual

Select the image that represents your Campaign to customers.
8

Describe the Offer

Fill in the Offer description so customers get a clear presentation of your Campaign, and the Offer terms and conditions for the legal terms.
9

Publish

Click Publish to launch the Campaign.
A Campaign runs across all the Stores listed in your Stores tab. To exclude a point of sale, edit or remove that Store. It is not currently possible to run separate Campaigns targeting a specific group of Stores.

Manage your Campaigns

The Campaigns tab gives you an overview of your activity. The top of the page summarizes performance:
  • Revenue: the revenue generated by Consumers in your Stores through the Campaign (the sum of their qualifying transactions).
  • Sales: the number of transactions that triggered a Reward.
  • Consumers: the number of unique Consumers who made a transaction in your Stores.
Under My active Campaigns, each running Campaign is listed with its name, goal, and financial settings. From here you can add a Campaign (if you have fewer than 3 running) or edit an existing one. From the same tabs you can also manage your Brand, add or edit a Store, and view your invoices.
Wrap any status value in your space accordingly. For example, a Campaign currently running is Active, and one that has reached its end date is Completed.

Edit a Campaign

A Campaign can be edited at any time. In the Campaigns tab, under My active Campaigns, open the Campaign you want to change. The left panel shows the Campaign’s status, goal, and start date. The center shows the Budget spent so far. You can update:
  • Offer description: the customer-facing presentation.
  • Offer terms and conditions: the legal terms.
Click Save to apply your changes.
The CPA value cannot be changed once a Campaign is live, and you can never lower it. A Campaign can only be closed at a date 14 days out (J+14) or later.

Stop a Campaign

To stop a running Campaign, Paylead applies a 14-day notice period. Open the Campaign, set an End date at least 14 days out (J+14), and click Save. The Campaign keeps rewarding qualifying purchases until that end date, after which it moves to Completed. Rewards already attributed before the end date are unaffected.
