How the work sequences
The sections follow one another. A new Program meets them roughly in this order.- Set your team up first. Nothing else is reachable until roles are assigned. Start at Users management.
- Build the catalog. Decide who you are talking to with Segments, then turn the Campaigns Paylead proposes into Offers and adjust them later with Edit an Offer. Coupons cover the discount-code mechanic instead of Cashback, and Brands is the lookup on the merchants behind all of it. Gifts credit a Consumer directly when no transaction justifies a Reward.
- Answer the tickets that follow. Browse Consumers reconstructs one Consumer’s activity; the Customer support workflow tells you which question to ask first; Status reference decodes any status you land on.
- Measure what ran. The Performance dashboard gives the Program-level KPIs, Offer performance drills into a single Offer, and the Rewards report and Vouchers report export the underlying rows for accounting.
- Settle the money. Check the identity Paylead invoices in Billing address, pay Consumers from the Ventilation files, and reconcile both directions of the money flow in Invoices.
- Automate the parts you repeat. API keys authenticate your integration, and Webhooks push events to you instead of making you poll a screen.
