In LBS, your business is described on two levels. Your Brand is your overall commercial identity: the name, logo, and category your customers recognize. Each Store is an individual point of sale that sits under that Brand, identified by its own SIRET and payment terminal.
Think of it this way: Maison Dupont is the Brand. The bakery on Rue Victor Hugo and the second shop across town are two separate Stores, each with its own SIRET.
You manage both from your LBS space: the Brand tab for identity that applies everywhere, and the Stores tab to add or edit each point of sale.

Add a Store

Open the Stores tab and add a new Store. You only need a few legal details; most of the address is filled in for you from the SIRET.
1

Enter the SIRET

Type your company’s 14-digit SIRET. The Store name, Street, Postal code, and City fields fill in automatically from it. These SIRET-linked fields are locked and cannot be changed here.
2

Declare an online shop (optional)

If this Store sells online, turn on the Online shop toggle.
3

Add your merchant contract number

Enter your merchant contract number. You’ll find it on a card-payment receipt from a purchase made in your Store. Click + to add as many merchant contract numbers as you need.
4

Confirm

Click Confirm to add the Store to your LBS space.
Each Store must have its own SIRET. If one of your Stores has no SIRET of its own but does have its own payment terminal, add its merchant contract number to the Store that shares the same SIRET.
You can create as many Stores as you like.

Edit a Store

Click Edit to the right of a Store’s name to update its details. You can change what is not tied to the SIRET, for example adding or removing merchant contract numbers, or switching the online shop toggle. You can change what is not tied to the SIRET, for example adding or removing merchant contract numbers, or switching the online shop toggle. Fields derived from the SIRET (Store name, street, postal code, and city) stay locked, because they come straight from your official company registration.
It is not currently possible to add a photo or logo per Store. The visuals shown to your customers are the ones chosen for your Campaign and your Brand.

Manage your Brand

The Brand tab holds the settings that apply across all your Stores.
  • Logo: by default, the logo is an icon representing the selected category. You can replace it with your own logo in a square format.
  • Brand name: edit the name of your Brand here.
  • Category: open the dropdown to pick a different category for your Brand.
Click Save to apply your changes. In the Billing address area, you can edit the Street, Postal code, and City to change your Brand’s billing address, then click Save. The Payment method area shows your IBAN reference and the associated account holder.
You cannot edit your payment method in this interface. For any change, contact your bank’s technical support.
