The Offer Performance view is where you measure whether a published Offer is doing its job. Open it from the Offers list by clicking the pie-chart icon on the row of the Offer you want to inspect. The view splits into two areas: a Performance summary with headline KPIs, and a set of Graphs that plot the same metrics over time.
Click Export to download the displayed performance data as a CSV file, useful for sharing a snapshot with your marketing team or feeding it into your own BI tooling.

Available metrics

The Performance zone shows the headline KPIs for the period selected on the right. Each metric answers a distinct question about the Offer.
MetricWhat it tells you
Generated TurnoverThe total revenue (across the Offer’s full lifetime) from transactions matching the Offer’s conditions.
Average BasketThe average amount of a transaction that qualified for the Offer.
Number of RewardsHow many Rewards the Offer triggered in the selected period.
Participation RateThe average number of Rewards per Consumer in the selected period.
Total Amount of RewardsThe cumulative Cashback paid out by the Offer in the selected period.
Total FeesThe cumulative commission earned by your Program on the Offer in the selected period.
Average RewardThe average Reward amount per qualifying transaction.
Use Total Fees vs. Total Amount of Rewards to read the Offer’s split between your Program revenue and the Consumer’s share. Cross-check with Participation Rate to see whether the Offer is concentrated on a few heavy users or distributed across the audience.

Filtering and time ranges

The reference period is picked from the calendar on the right of the Graphs area. Two granularities are available:
  • Daily: plots the Offer’s performance day by day across the selected month. Use this to spot intra-month spikes (a marketing push, a Reward rate boost).
  • Monthly: plots the last 11 months ending on the selected month. Use this to read long-term trends and seasonality.
Graphs are available for the Average Turnover, Average Basket, Amount and Total Number of Rewards, and Fees. The Activity graph plots the number of qualifying transactions and the number of unique Consumers on the same period. Toggle the checkboxes above the graph to show or hide each series independently (useful when one series dwarfs the other on the y-axis).
All graph values respect the period selected on the right. Switching from Daily to Monthly redraws every graph, not just the one you are looking at.

Exporting and reporting

For one-off snapshots, the Export button on this view is the fastest path. For recurring reporting (for example, a monthly Reward and Ventilation breakdown shared with finance), the dedicated reports under Reporting are the right tool.
Use the Offer Performance view to investigate a single Offer. Use the consolidated Rewards report when you need to reconcile multiple Offers or feed downstream systems.
